How to reach
By Air: Cochin International Airport located at a distance of 64 km north of Alappuzha is the nearest one.
By Waterway: Alappuzha may also be reached through the well linked waterways from Kochi, Kottayam, Kevalam, Chenganur and Chengannasery.
By Road: National Highway (NH) 47 passess through Alappuzha making it easily accessible via road.



Climate & Best time to visit
The temperature varies from 22 degree celcius to 35 degree in summer and from 18 degree to 32 degree in winter.The good thing about Alappuzha is that it does not experience extreme weather conditions.The best time to visit Alappuzha is during the winter season which extends from November to February.
