Day-01:Cochin
On day of your arrival for Backwater Tour of Kerala, reach Cochin and get greeted by our tour operator either at Cochin airport or Ernakulam Railway station. Your transfer arrangement will be made at very pleasant hotel. Take some rest after long journey and in afternoon a half day sightseeing arrangement will be made to explore Cochin. Enjoy the boat ride in the afternoon and visit places like Jewish Synagogue, Dutch Palace, St Francis Church, Chinese fishing nets and Bolgatty Palace. Overnight stay arrangement is made at hotel in Cochin.
Day 02:Cochin - Kumarakom
Check out from Hotel after morning breakfast and you will be drive to Kumarakom on your second day of Kerala Backwater tour. Check-in to the hotel on arrival at Kumarakom and after some rest visit the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary and other tourist attraction places. At evening, go for Sunset cruise (optional) or enjoy the beauty of backwater by just relaxing near Vembanadu Lake or enjoy your free time. Overnight stay arrangement will be at the hotel in Kumarakom.
Day 03:Kumarakom –Alleppey
Check out from hotel in Kumarakom after morning breakfast and you will be drive for Alleppey where you will be check in at hotel. Alleppey is identified as ‘Venice of the East’ because of the narrow canals and backwaters. It is one of the beautiful backwater houseboats places in the world. Alleppey, presently known as ‘Alappuzha’ is famous for the annual Nehru Trophy Snake Boat race held here every year, around the festival of Onam (second Saturday of August on every year). Enjoy seeing a unique crisscrossing network of canals & lagoons on which thatch covered country boats punt (houseboats) along leisurely. Overnight stay arrangement will be at the hotel in Alleppey.
Day 04:Alleppey -Quilon
Check out from hotel after morning breakfast and you will be drive for Kollam as the houseboat picks you up from the hotel and on reaching at Quilon (popular as Kollam),you will be check in at hotel . Kollam is also known as the "Gateway to Kerala's Backwaters." You can enjoy a trip to Alumkadavu, the Houseboat jetty closest to Quilon. Overnight stay arrangement will be at the hotel in Quilon.
Day 05 :Quilon –Kovalam
Check out from hotel after morning breakfast and you will be drive for Kovalam. Check -into Hotel On arrival at Kovalam. Enjoy rest of the day at leisure on the beach at Kovalam. Explore the scene of Arabian waves embracing virgin sands in Kerala -Gods own country. Overnight stay arrangement will be at the hotel in Kovalam.
Day 06 :Kovalam- Trivandrum (Departure)
After the morning breakfast check-out from hotel. On the last day of Kerala Backwater tour, we take you for a short sightseeing of Trivandrum. Take pleasure of seeing the Napier Museum, Kuthiramalika Museum, Sri Padmanabha Temple. At afternoon, relax at on the beach. Later our representative will transfer you to Trivandrum Airport/ Railway station to board your return flight/train back to your own destination and enjoy the sweet memories of your passionate Kerala Backwater tours.
